Pete & Katy Spohn, the owners of the Mt. Pleasant Culver's were wonderful! Their staff was great too! we had a great night serving their customers and our wonderful supporters and raising money for BCF, it was so much fun we are planning to do it again...so keep watching to find out when!
The 8th annual Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM Chapter 62) Golf Outing was held in Lansing, MI, at the Royal Scot Golf Course.
IREM has been holding their charity golf outing for over 20 years, and has always believed in giving back to the community and those in need. We are very blessed that they continue to ask BCF to be a part of their wonderful day!
The 28th annual Latino Golf Outing was held September at Pleasant Hills golf course in Mt. Pleasant, MI. The group is a non-profit organization that raises money for other non-profits specifically Mabel’s Free Clinic Association and Blind Children’s Fund.
Mabel's Free Clinic Association is an organization located in Weslaco, Texas for the purpose of supplying free medical screening and dental care for the indigent of Nuevo Progreso and surrounding colonias (Spanish for neighborhoods) in Tamaulipas, Mexico.The clinic currently services 17 schools in the area as well as several children's orphanages.
BCF joined the Latino Golf Outing members seven years ago to help their cause for children and each year both groups are successful in raising thousands of dollars for kids.
Our 9th Annual Silent Art Auction - “An Interlude with the Arts” was held at the Riverwalk Theater in Lansing, MI. We had artists from all over the United States and several other countries that donated pieces to our auction. Please contact our office if you would like to be part of next year’s art auction—be it donating art and/or attending the event! We hope to see you there!
We are working with Muriel Howell, director of Hoop Magicians Charity Basketball Organization to bring charity games to our friends and families across the United States. We are still in the development stage of these shows, so watch our website for news on dates and locations.
